Hi, I'm Kessy and originally from Germany. My massage journey began in Norway over 20 years ago, where I studied Swedish remedial massage and then worked at a Health Retreat.

After returning to Germany, I was drawn to work in aged care and loved caring for seniors. When I moved to Australia in 2006, I had the opportunity to work at another Health Retreat, where I stayed for 10 years and enjoyed treating our guests with massages, clay wraps and colonics.

Over the years I have branched out into learning different styles of massage such as reflexology, structural integration, oncology massage, stretch therapy and cranial sacral therapy.

My passion is to see people find relief from pain, tension and stress in their bodies and minds, and I love hearing my clients' stories and experiences and learning how to help them in the best way possible.

I am a qualified massage therapist, naturopath, aromatherapist and beauty therapist with over 40 years in the industry.

I have worked in New Zealand, South Africa, Italy, and Australia, and have owned a health shop and clinic in New Zealand.

I believe in the healing power of massage to improve circulation, reduce pain, calm the nervous system and decrease muscle stiffness while relaxing and reducing stress.

When I'm not working, I enjoy riding my bike around the many cycle tracks on the Sunny Coast, going to the beach, cooking yummy plant-based foods, and letting my little birds Fifi and Goyo fly around the house or sit on my shoulders watching me cook.
